Based on the small Casper logo these balloons where released in the mid-90's when the Casper movie came out. The balloons are made of clear plastic and foil mylar and have a slight 3D effect to them. This is a nice retro balloon as Casper made his first ghostly appearance in the 1940's and often aired through the 1970's.  |
